Their 1999 letter to shareholders mentions such pure-play dot-coms as Alliance Pharmaceutical, Genomica and Nanophase Technologies Corporation. hhgp.com I have no opinion on the stock, but that claim is obviously wrong Actually at this point you might be right. Stock is at 3 dollars and may be less than book value. Back when it was 30 though you'd have to be insane to buy it.
