It's certainly high time to get the conflict resolved. Sanders ruling was very clear and it will be easy for the Fla. Supreme Court to confirm the ruling. Nevertheless, I find if the matter is checked by the FSC and still confirmed, it is even more justification for the next president and thus better for America. If the FSC just joins Sanders view who made the basis for his ruling very clear there is nothing left the US Supreme Court who asked for this clarification. Then, GWB will be the undisputed winner of the election.

When the FSC on the other hand comes to a different view of the case, it will have to name clearly on what that differing resolution is going to be based. Sanders said that there was "no evidence" to "reasonably expect the outcome would have CHANGED THE WINNER" if the count/summing up would have been re-checked.

This, as the legal foundation of of his decision is obviously very disputable because GWBs lead is only small.

So I think with the FSCs ruling the winner will be forseeable and it is not very likely that the US Supreme Court will want to alter that decision.

Sanders ruling gives a way to resolve the matter without having to rewrite law. The question is reduced to the one whether there is likely an inaccuracy that has flipped the victory from AG to GWB.

Thats the way I understood it...

Do you know till when the FSC will likely decide?
