Alright!

The bears are out in force. Must be time for an oversold rally.

skeeter...agree with your comments on the cyclical nature of markets...inefficient markets become more so until they are forced to normalize....the normalization creates an inefficiency in the opposite direction....i was out of the market and it is documented in posts, in march/april...i've set new positions beginning in the fall.....markets or at least individual issues are bottoming and beginning a basing action....at the moment i wouldn't include dell in that category....you can refer to my dell posts for over a year concerning its down trend....i was out of dell common in december 99, closed my short puts in feb 00....all at a sizable profit.....

as bubbles break and stocks fall, contra forces ultimately return, bases then build and share prices rise......always has, always will......

all one has to do is look at a long term chart of any of the indices....the trend remains upward, inspite of bursting bubbles.....

good luck
