Ellen what the guy was saying were possible arguments Gore's team might use in arguing an appeal. He did not say he thought that and he didn't say Judge Saul ACCUALLY got it wrong.

Very proud of the Judge. When you build a foundation of bullshit and feathers, you better have an audience that is reminiscent of the O.J. jury. This man is far from a fool and that was very easy to see early on in this case. My faith in the justice system is somewhat restored.
