Well they did have in the record the 215 whatever PB votes for Gore & the 156 whatever Miami votes found but not counted so one could say that the record did show an inaccurate vote but that they did not beyond a reasonable doubt prove statistically that the additional 9000 indeterminate votes would overturn the election - the other leg required for a contest. Rich
