Jungle,

Microsoft and the Drug companies are up in after hours--can the oils be far behind?

How do I view Gore's chances now? Well, for those of us who desired, almost more than anything else, a thorough scrubbing down of the fraternity house Grabba Dama Day, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it's reasonable to suppose that this long dark night is over. Unless some incredible surprise comes out of Seminole County, then the Clinton/Gore era is kaput.

The Florida Stupes, having been embarassed with one false affidavit already, will most likely simply affirm Judge Sauls' order, imho, without a hearing and with prejudice. I don't know what they're going to do with the "vacation" of their earlier ruling from the Varsity Team--maybe they better cancel Christmas recess.

Gore et Boies will win no appeals, at all. I doubt they will even make it in any courtroom door.

Al Gore, please contact Walter Mondale in the Outplacement Services Office; he'll be able to give you some pointers on getting your resume ready for board memberships on the United Way and the national YMCA. Good winds to you, Sailor Al. Tipper might want to brush up on her shorthand or waitressing skills. Maybe they'll spend more quality time with their son who likes to go 85 MPH. Who knows? (Who cares?)

It is time now to work very hard to make sure Hillary Clinton gets the Democratic nomination in 2004. I don't know what's wrong with New York, but that sad act will not play in Peoria. I'ma gonna put a Hillary sign on my front lawn if she runs, though. I can't wait to see America respond to that face, that voice in a national election.

(If she runs, then Republicans will finally know the secret glee Democrats felt facing [3rd person] Bob Dole.)
