The election was too close to claim that Gore won the national popular vote. Only 200,000/100,000,000 votes =.002. Within the margin of error, using Gore/Boies's own logic.

I'm still waiting for the Bush side to go after these cases full throttle. Would be surprised if they didn't. They've already lost two motions on the Seminole Court case, but you know they will appeal it. So there will be at least a third legal action on their part re: this case.

We will see.
