I would agree and that if Gore does not concede, we could be in this purple haze for the next X months...closure for the nation at large is important and I am hoping that Bush will be a true statesman when he addresses the nation on this.

I Gore concedes tonight, if he has any brains. Judge Saul was probably told to delay any ruling, as a US Supreme Court was coming.

Maybe Gore et al will withdraw their appeal, to avoid another embarassing rejection. But they may not, as they hope to drag this out till the Seminole decison. That trial was scheduled for December 6th. I hope the Florida Supreme Court rejects Gore's appeal before then; and the Democrats hold Gore and Boise to his statement he will accept their decision.

Hope the Democrats withdraw all 42 or so lawsuits.
I hope they are not still trying to convince (bribe and intimidate) Republican electors to switch.

And I hope that Republicans are successful in passing tort reform.
