I was using Gore/Boies's logic. Gore can't claim to have won the popular election nationally. Any 500 vote counters could come up with 501 different counts of those votes. No two would be the same. Palm Beach standards, Miami-Dade standards, or Broward standards, or Karnac the Magician standards? There was even unrefuted testimony that the three canvassers on some boards used different standards within their own board. That accounts for their voting on disputed ballots, and they rarely voted alike.
