Is anyone surprised with the warning from 3Com? Almost none! Since NT, LU, and other networking companies issued warnings, everyone knows that 3Com won't be the one to show better results. 3Com already planned losing money until the second half of next year. The delaying orders from telecoms have been picked as the reason. The frozen spending of telecoms has hurt many companies, especially those broadband related companies. Is broadband hopeless? No, of course not. The Internet will deliver more and more videos, more and more interactive programs, which are what the normal 56k modems can not support. Broadband will finally link every house to the world. I believe in wireless and broadband. The recent sellings on these companies including 3Coms provided us the best opportunities. Good luck to all longs.
