Yeah. But I think he will succumb to pressure from his own party members sooner unless the Florida SC can act in a day or so. The
democrats dont want to ruin their chances in the 2002 congressional election on Gore's count. So he is gonna work the phones tonight
and tomorrow but will have to give in.

Indeed, what I see is a "Big 9" that ducked, said they had a federal question and then wrote the Fla. Supreme Court's next opinion for them. Aha!! Yes, indeed. We wrote our opinion on based upon the Fla. Constitution.
