practical dynamics on Nassau judge ruling on absentees

she was denied promotion to higher court by Gov Jeb Bush
she is surely pissed
but she is black and must highly value right to vote, be counted

now she has advantage of seeing FLSC rulings against Gore
of USSC giving FLSC a headslap (message: wake up, get it right)
of Circuit denying Gore contest appeal, the right to recount

if Nassau rules for Gore, she will likely be overturned by FLSC
the FLSC was clear: they put great value on right to vote, be counted

if Nassau rules for Gore, she will never get promoted in FL
Jeb Bush will block her career as long as he is governor
no worse position than being on wrong team, and being overturned

if Nassau rules for Bush, she will be on winning side
if Nassau rules for Bush, she might get promoted someday

politically, nothign to gain for Nassau judge to stand in way against Bush
