Dorine, Yes, I do remember. I never attributed that to really being about you. I think that was more about personal circumstances and denial. Threatening to sue you over your honest (and correct) opinion was knee-jerk and ridiculous. I measure the sincerity of most of the players by those who stayed around when things got bad. At this point it's highly suspect a few key people (from the inside and periphery) knew this was going to crash and kept pumping it while likely selling out the back door; or perhaps setting up their own nest in the transition exit via this other anemic company. The one sure thing is the shareholders of DCI got everything they didn't come to expect. Hollow altruism bangs the loudest for credibility huh? LOL..... In retrospect, we all should have taken at least half off of the table when we were halted and run for the hills when the marvelously helpful (oy) SEC filed charges against Joe (oy oy) Murphy. It's been a lesson in measuring the value of a precious commodity called trust and the ensuing betrayal of promises. Expensive in pocket and spirit but I'll bet most who have gone through this will never make the same mistake again. I pray I don't.
