They were in port after an extended cruise ( I think a med run which is 6 months) and the crew's entertainment officer thought it would be good for the moral of the men. She came aboard when they left the pier and did her thing on the fairwater plane to the delight of the crew and then left the boat on one of the tug's handling lines. I think initially it was one of those joke things that somehow was caught by the press who then turned it into a bigger thing then it was, which then caught the upper echelon's with their pants around their ankles which resulted in someone having to take the fall. When in doubt the CO will always take the fall. If not directly responsible then he/she is guilty of not training those under him/her which makes them responsible. Jeff
