So we have a canopy of water about 6 miles thick orbiting the earth. I wonder effect the sun had on the canopy...any algae?!

With an ocean 2 miles thick it is pitch black at the bottom of the ocean. Now, granted, if the water is purified and the precipitates fall out of the bottom of the ocean and land on the ground as clots, then there could be some light hitting the ground. But still, Beers Law does apply doesn't it? Now, wait, back then Beers Law didn't apply because God didn't want it to affect the canopy of water. It's one of the Commandments and physics is just another false God.

I hate it when the water canopy collapses. If there was that much water, where did it go? So we have this pile of 6 miles of water on top of our atmosphere. Gee, given the density of miles of water over our heads, the pressure must have been crushing!! So this is why there is fossil seashells in Cretaceous limestone at the top of Mt. Everest?!
