Yep, I think they could have won at least Dade, which was the plum. They blew it with the statistician, and I think everybody knows that anybody should be able to win anything with statistics. I wish Boise would be as inept with the Microsoft case.

Agreed. It seems that face with conflicting objectives (speed of the result and quality of the result from their perspective), the Gore team concentrated too much on the speed. They could have called more witnesses, or they could have prepared better. I saw the whole testimony of their own statistician (the French Canadian), and it was weak at best.

But the Gore team has put themselves in this situation by the ruling of their FL Mickey Mouse Supreme court, which robbed them of 12 days of the contest phase.
