Hi everyone, I read Judge Sauls decision dismissing Gore's contest of the results in Miami-Dade and Palm Beach county...It will be very difficult for him to succeed in any appeal to the Florida Supreme Court...all findings of fact went against Gore...The Florida Supreme Court will defer to his factual findings unless they are clearly wrong on their face...unless the Judge in Seminole County throws out about 10,000 absentee ballots which would take Bush's margin of victory away, it's OVER...one other factor that now really is in Bush's favor, there is no TIME for a recount by December 12...pressure will soon build for him to concede...really a shame...Gore has 340,000 more votes than Bush nationwide and he loses...the media will ultimately count all the ballots under the Freedom of Information Act in a few months..then we will really know who won Florida... FWIW, would not be short anything in the next little bit..a reflex rally could sting....
