Gore won the popular vote. The margin in Florida is well within the noise. He would be foolish to not fight to the bitter end, which should be coming up shortly after the Seminole County votes are tossed.

Oooh, bold prediction there on the Seminole Cty. case. I hope you're right. It would make for a very exciting finish to this whole legal hootenanny.

Dear Scumbria:

The chance of the ballots will be tossed in either county is very low since even the FSC has ruled that the benefit of doubt goes to the voter. It is much more likely, that any punishment, if any, would be placed on the officials for the mishandling of applications.

Face it! Judge Saul put the nails into the coffin holding Gores Presidential Chance, blasted them in with a sledgehammer, and dropped it into the grave. All that remains is for the FSC to cover it over.

Bush won! Gore lost! Its time to move on!

Pete
