gore can win on appeal of sands. don't forget what fla sup ct did to sec of state-they can and will do anything. besides, judges can give gore seminole or martin county. bush won't have time to undo anything. bush didn't go on offensive. bush had to win all battles. gore brought many battles. he has two left-and could win one and win.
