Your suggestion about writing to someone that is serving in the armed forces is an excellent one. I shall do it immediately.

Jeff, I will send some Christmas cards to that address tomorrow. I don't mean to speak ill of any man or woman who has the courage to serve all of us in the military - these people deserve our utmost gratitude.
