your post makes no sense to me. i don't think what you pose raises a problem for a fair court. but other things do. however, fla sup ct showed me it doesn't act fairly or logically or according to rules , fact or law. it doesn't require justification.it makes up nonsense to support what it decides to do. the ussc implied certain things by the wording in a few places of its order. but the ussc did not hit fla sup ct sharply like it should have. it didn't explicitly point out political nature of fla ct's decision and absurdity of its decision.
