Ok, let's not be too rough with Gilder. He DOES think JDSU is about the 2nd coming, and we concur.

Other than that, he is about a .250 hitter.

OT...opinions about Gilder aside...why does everyone jump on these lawsuits. There are many, many companies that are respected and kicking ass that have had shareholder lawsuits filed against them. Cisco...Microsoft...Hewlett-Packard come to mind. It's part of doing business as a public company. You can't please all the people all the time. This is not to say that the suits versus XLA and TERN are not without merit. I am just commenting on shareholder lawsuits in general.

I never see anyone criticizing the scumbag lawyers who jump on the lawsuit bandwagon as soon as they see a stock in trouble.
