But inflation, unless it totally ruins the currency, is a lot easier to survive than depression where people quit doing anything productive at all.

Well, I'm not getting the sense that there is any danger of ruining the currency in the immediate future.

But I am getting a bit frightened that the rest of the world needs to get on the stick, or they could drag us down with them into their deflation... especially Asia.
