Saying that the US SC action today was good for Gore is spin at its finest (or worst, depending on your perspective).

In judicial circles the Fla. SC had the equivalent of a bottom spanking today. It's an embarrassment within the legal world. Anyone trying to spin this as good for Gore is an idiot. But...spin is spin and we no longer treat it as an untruth (or Lie) do we.
