Watley is small but has a good opportunity to grow because of the infrastructure they have put in place to handle much more volume of lvl II trading. The level II access trading is the fastest growing segment of the online brokerage business but I would only be guessing exactly how this will shake out for ABWG. I think that it is significant that eTrade decided to license their software platform. I don't think very much about eTrade's level of service but they are a major player in online brokerage and they could have worked on their own software and eventually got to something that works. Probably a time to market decision in addition to competence.
