The polls of "Americans" --from all over-- who disfavor Florida's legislature getting involved really are bothersome, and irrelevant. Florida's votes are in jeopardy, and it is Florida's decision in the first instance, not New York's, California's, Washington's, or anyone else's as to how Florida should choose its electors. It is a Constitutional legislative prerogative. As has been said repeatedly, and is true, the elected legislature is much closer to representing the will of the people than is the judiciary. Has any poll been conducted of just Floridians to see how they feel about the matter?
