That may be fair, considering Clinton owes the republicans so much for the little success he had...<VBG>

"The success of a Bush administration is almost totally dependent on the Democrats in Congress"

If they are not vindictive a-holes, GWB will be fine. Some people really can work with him. Just saw one dem senator (Greaux?) on tv pining for a job.

If it's Bush, nothing will get through Congress the first two years. He'll be blocked every step of the way. Democrats will gain in strength, especially when it becomes clear Gore got more votes in Florida than did Bush and the 2002 Congress will be far less Republican. So Bush will suffer another two years, pretty much still in disgrace from having 'taken' the disputed Florida election and a national popular vote loser.

Same ole Ken. Finally admits the truth to himself, (well almost) then sets about his new job of spinning a place for his people at the table of largess.

Notice the not so Subtle threats of inertia by fraud or force intimated in his post. Perhaps it's his current mission to now secure a few political chits, in return for a quasi promise not to have thugs and other groups causing problems.

LOL This is really your way of saying, hey lets mend the fence and all get back to the table. I'm hungry.

Long live the Non Voting Majority!

End the hegemony of the repulicrats.

PS. Judge Sauls for Man of the year.

Dear Kenneth: I agree with you that Bush will need the support of moderate Democrats to have any kind of success in administration, just as Gore would need the support of Republicans. As AMERICANS let us pray that Bush can in fact elicit that support and that petty politics which we have witnessed now for 8 years are put aside for the good of the Country. If not BOTH political parties may be writing their obituaries. I still believe the average American cares more for America then political parties. JDN
