fy, Al2O3 is aluminum oxide, I am not sure if it a good thermal conducting agent. Zinc oxide would be ,ore opaque that Al2O3 so you could tell it that way. Al2O3 is never used as apigment so it would probably look more translucent than zinc. I suspect an opaque material will be abetter as a thermal agent as it has a denser electron cloud, but that it just an intuit?
Zinc oxide is used in the common whites pastes, but you can use titanium dioxide as well. i am not sure of the variances between them. There are other insulating, assorted oxides, and non insulating materials, various metal powders. ZnO rules the cheap roost on price. Silver rules the high performance roost, although I suppose gold powder and diamond powder would work too?
Lost of special apps where price = no object.
Looks like silver rules the hobby roost.
