what is more important for fla sup ct or judge in seminole case than giving presidency to gore. certainly not fairness, justice, law, reason. besides, gore got the national popular vote. in florida people mistakenly voted for buchanan instead of gore. besides, the blacks voted overwhelmingly for gore. so, it is right for a dem judge to give election to gore. the more awkward and embarrassing to do so under scrutiny, the more the judge is a hero. besides, media will support the judge. even the honorable mario cuomo and a somewhat overweight rep from ny are still backing gore
