No prob... it was pretty interesting and it provides an interesting perspective of how our economy is changing faster than our ability to measure and quantify it.

I have to admit that the trade deficit has given pause for concern over the long term, mainly because it displays not only Asia and Europe's dependence on exporting to our market, but also because of the evidence it provides that the global economic has been running on one cylinder that could lead to the US economy being dragged into recession by their long-term social and economic inefficiencies (not that we're perfect, mind you).

But this provides further evidence of my theory that trade is taking place, but just not in the manner that we're currently accounting for.

EDS, as one example they provided, does some 40% of their $18.8 Billion in revenues overseas under US/EDS owned subsidiaries that are not accounted for under the current statistical analysis.

Regards,

Ron
