Hi Todd,

Thanks for responding. Yes, such an idea is founded in remaining fully invested at all times by simply substituting OTC in the place of a cash position when exchanging shares from UOPIX. This would be a more bullish posture. Like any other idea, this one would have obvious flaws in specific market environments.
