"Who do you go through? "

Interactive Brokerage. interactivebrokers.com

"I still notice my bid/asks don't always show up using their own quotes"

I've noticed that specialists don't always show your order, both on options and listed stocks. But the order handling rules should preclude trading through your order without executing it. But those rules wouldn't keep someone on the CBOE from executing a trade outside your limit on an order sitting at the Amex. I really like being able to direct the order to the exchange of my choice with options.

"It makes me think my order isn't in the system and that my broker is holding my order looking to make the trade and scalp me."

While anything is possible I think it unlikely that your broker is trading against you. More likely explanations is a glitch in the system, or perhaps the specialist is on his coffee break. Isn't Wall Street Access the outfit that fights for every teenie? Call your broker up and tell him to punch someone in the nose next time you notice this. -g-
