1) Gore knows he got more votes than Bush but is having a tough time proving it due to the power of Bush's brother's incumbency outreach
into the secretary of state's office.

2) Bush knows that Gore got more votes than him and, therefore, wants no part of any hand recount where it's scientifically proven, even by
Bush's own witness in court, the human eye is better than the machine eye in these matters.

Hmm.
How then do you explain away the rule of Judge Sauls? BTW, isn't he a democrat?

In this case, there is no credible statistical evidence and no other
competent substantial evidence to establish by a preponderance a
reasonable probability that the results of the statewide election in the state
of Florida would be different from the result which has been certified by the
state elections canvassing commission.

All presidential candidates in the last 50 years and probably even going back through history have had the statesmanlike demeanor that dictates they concede once the election is declared. And, that is true even when there could be question. View Nixon in 1960. Ironically, it was
Bill Daley's dad who engineered the stuffing of ballot boxes to give JFK the necessary votes to win Chicago. It was verifiable that dead people voted but Nixon elected as a statesman to walk away with honor. Eight years later he was elected President. In 1976 Gerald Ford lost in an extremely close election. Many supporters encouraged him to ask for a FIRST recount and he declined because he felt it would not be in the best interest of his country. Gore has been a very selfish man and has put his personal interest ahead of his country. View what the market thinks. When Gore has scored the market tanked. When Bush scored the market moved up. We investors have suffered greatly by the actions of Al Gore. Hopefully, now we will be on the road to recovery.

Exactly. And exactly right.
