How will the FLA SC continue this thing when their original ruling is not yet clear to the US SC, By ruling on something else. The original certification is moot. TP

Dear Techplayer: IMHO Judge Sanders ruling is SO INTENSE that it would be very difficult for the FSC to overturn. He used several theories as to why a recount would be incorrect. They would have to knock down all of them. However, if SOMEHOW a vote count could get initiated by ANY COURT then Politically it might be impossible to proceed until that vote count was completed. This could result in the office of the Presidency being delayed perhaps even past the 12/18 date. Very dangerous business IMHO. These are only my surmises though. JDN
