I'd have to see it to decide ... also see the machine, the anvil thing it is put in to punch, and the stylus ... also see all borderline ballots in a riding to observe for patterns ... also i'd need to know the job parameters for the polling staff and how closely they were observed during the day [specifically, for one thing, how much chad was allowed to build up in the anvil holes, especially in areas thick with geezers, of whom Florida has many it is said]. This sort of thing can be done in a reasonably non-partisan way, don't you think? ... it's not easy, but the way it stands, no one knows who won the election .. i would think it important to find out.
