I agree, the inanity is getting pretty bad. Well, it is ignominious. Judge Saul, a Democrat, said that there was no compelling reason for hand counts, after hearing all the testimony. The Supreme Court said that if there were a reason to overrule the trial judge who confirmed Harris's decision, the FSC had not articulated it, and therefore had intervened with apparent arbitrariness, which is why the decision was vacated. So now, the vaunted courts are against them, and their Dream Team of Lawyers is going down in flames.........
