Freedom of Information Act will produce a count different than the one Bush decided to become president on?

How will that change the count without changing the rules ????

You've been blabbering all these predictions of the fall of the GOP.......the GOP will fall if it cant deliver just like the Democrats will continue to fall flat on there promises to all.

I don't believe the majority of knowledgeable Americans believe there can be or should be a count of ballots that are not punched. It is a subjective attempt to "divine" what another, unknown person might have wanted to do. I do not believe there could be an ACCURATE count. There could be a count but it would be the most unfair and inaccurate.

Have you ever heard the term Tainted evidence?? Do you know the definition of that term?

Do you know of any jury in any type of trial which has based its decision on Tainted evidence?

With the considerable handling or mishandling of those ballots due to counts, recounts and recounts and recounts, and with the trail of chads left behind after each recount would you not agree that any future opinion of those ballots will be based on tainted evidence?

Vince

LOL PartyTime - you and your cohorts have nothing left to spin - so now you trot out the tired freedom of information act BS.

That is so tired, please don't insult us. You could have 10 groups count all the friggen ballots under the FIA next year - and you will get 10 different, and meaningless answers - for a whole host of reasons.

GET OVER IT - YOU LOST - DEAL WITH IT

Frank, what's happening right this instant will pale when compared to history. What do you think will happen to Bush's presidency and the Republican Party when the Freedom of Information Act will produce a count different than the one Bush decided to become president on?

That's laughable, maybe Geraldo Rivera can do a special on it. Right after he's done with the Al Capone's Vault Show.

Gee Party are you going to write any more stories for the twilight zone. You still cling to the delusion that dimples are votes when the clear testimony of the John Armhand stated that clear forensic proof exists when a stylus has touched a chad. This consideration was not applied in Broward county and if it were Sore's votes would deminish by 3/4 and if applied to Palm would reduce the count Sore count by 20 to 30%. And when you reduce these numbers to truth and apply the ratios to the 10000 votes of Dade there will be far less Sore over Bush votes. You don ot come anywhere near the 800 votes needed. I guess Sore might pick up 250 if he were lucky using a forensic standard and not pimple puss for brains democrat chad fantasy vote creation standard. So any attempt by political scientists to manufacture a make believe Sore victory will be accepted by the public like siting's of Elvis and Alien encounters.

Party, I suspect you have little if any technical training and will continue to go through life with lots of wishful thinking. But do continue your prattle it is most amusing.

I by the way guessed the burst strength of a chad was about 8 ounces last week after just seeing the cards on tv and using my own knowledge of similar physical materials. This guess turned out to be in the upper third of the range specified.
So as an engineer I use inductive and deductive reasoning with observation to understand the physics of what really is and then clearly see how to debunk the absurd claims of the members of the church of the pregnant chad. To me Mr. Sore persistent pursuit of this goal clearly showed to me that all past pretentions of Mr. Sore that he had some understanding of physics and math and reality were a myth or just more of the fabricated qualifications of the minion of the Master of Truth.

Wish on my little one.
