They'll maybe say there was just the comment, "hey, you can do what you want to do." It may even be said they recommended against it. But will inquiring minds believe it?

It doesn't really matter what that judge or the similarly politically motivated Florida "Supreme" Court does with Seminole County because FL's Executive and Legislative branches - the representatives of the people - will never allow any decision the former might make against Bush at this juncture to stand. Especially since the US Supreme Court is providing adult supervision of FL's courts and this election.

Besides, no court could properly maintain that throwing out legally cast votes is a valid remedy for that case.

AlGore the Loser will never get Florida's electoral votes.

Yes, I heard not only MSNBC but also FoxNews also reporting that Gore's "advisors" are behind the Seminole suit.

The man who filed it is a huge Gore donor - and he called thier advisors for advice to see if he should file it.

Plus, this tidbit from Brit Hume on Fox. Boeis has been hanging out at a bar in Tallahassee at the end of the day where a bunch of the media gather as well. boies has been trying legal arguments on these media to see how it will play. Boies early on tried the Seminole County suit argument on the media there - as he wanted to press forward with it and try it. The media, liberals at that, were incredulous - so Boies said well I guess I better not push it - if you guys can't even buy it, it has no chance"

this explains why Boies et al is not moving forward with that case - but also explains why behind the scenes they and other Gore advisors are advising the guy who brought the suit
