That is where the US SC has it's back to the wall....

The Fl SC play the party line and has gotten these two courts in a bind.

Bush team might drop their appeal, but the other parties will not. I don't see Klock dropping out.

I think the US SC has a desire to make a ruling that will be of benefit to all in the future.
