If it appears that my posts are based on emotions you may misinterpret my sense of humor! I also do not "want" markets to fall and if I want them to rise, then only for the benefit of most's pockets.

The bottom line is that I think we are in a very dangerous time right now. It sure a good idea to stay cool but buying bonds (interesting speculation when rates go down) hasn't killed anyone either. So what I am expressing here is a very conservative position. Btw, I have never shorted any stock so far; I buy puts when I bet on a decline.

You predicted the court's ruling very well and deserve the applause... two times in hundred years is a very low probability for a BK to happen on one specific day and my call for monday was obviously wrong, but I say it was a nice try and the danger is in my opinion not over yet.
