Will the rally hold today?
Does anyone know when and where Greenspan will be speaking?

We really wont see what the strength of the Bush rally will be until after the FSC affirms Judge Sauls decision. Liberal talking heads continued last night with the pipe dream of a reversal. A case like this almost never gets reversed. Also the FSC has already sent a shot accross the bow in Seminole when the decided that butterflys were ok. The Judge there, will be overruled and blasted if she throws out 15,000 ballots.
AG can get the markets going today. If he wants the Christmas shopping season to be respectable, he needs the 50% of americans who own stocks in some fashion to become a bit more optimistic about their financial health. Just a a confirmation of yesterdays story about bias removal should do it. T
The big question for the market comes after this relief rally. When we are at 3000 or so what will the long term trend be?

darryll40, the author of 'Nasdaq crash victim' may not know the industry is cyclic. He doesn't mention it. That makes the rest of his musings less than useful.
