Dear jlallen: haha, that was a clever one. I just want to point out there are every election and every precinct throughout the nation a number of undervotes. Nothing unusual happened in Fla. and it only would have been unusual to select 3 counties to decide the fate of the state and the nation. I really think that was the gist of the Judges thoughts, but thats only a guess on my part. JDN
