jw..."seminole case" if this case was the "deal breaker", that the media claims it is, then why didn't the great legal staff of gore and the dnc hone in on this instead of miami dade/palm beach/nassau? basic strategy and tactics would require that it is advantageous to launch an attack against the weakest flank........if seminole county was the point that could be easily breeched, then the troops should have been massing from the inception of jacobs suit..... it looks like it is over, much to the chagrin of the media....guess msnbc will return to "weekend magazine" and "time and again" tabloid features....all the ex court tv "oj" lawyers will hopefully find another case to opine on.....cnbc will revert to golf and "national geographic" specials...... "god is in his heaven and all is well with the earth"
