Of course you could make the point that they weren't President at the time, but... <<<<<<<<<< People in glass houses shouldn't be throwing rocks. Accuse the republicans of something that makes sense. Certainly Scumbria can make up a more believable lie than that. One which will really diss the republicans and not remind everyone of Bill and the Dems.
