We have completely different valuations now than we had in 94; I recall that when the Dow was at a PE of 13.7 in October 1995, everyone was worried that we were due for a sell-off. Obviously, if AG can engineer another soft landing, that would be a positive, but I think the techs have a long road ahead of them. Too many major topping patterns in too many leading stocks over the last year to be anything less than a major top in tech, IMHO.
