The SanDisk statement released after the Lexar settlement
stated that certain future SanDisk products may require
additional licensing from Lexar. The Lexar c.c. hinted
that a license would be requisite for anyone planning to
manufacture Memory Stick. I have assumed that this is
the "future product" that was referenced. SanDisk is tight-
lipped about the press release. I didn't see anything about
any plans to manufacture Memory Stick in the 10Q either.
