I spent yesterday in the "PR mode." It was a break from the frantic pace of marketing and production. Communication is one of the key elements upon which I built this company. I long for the days of showing, telling, and selling the SeaView Underwater Camera. Introducing new technologies which you have helped build or design, and demonstrating their capabilities, are very rewarding experiences. Many of you who have been to our facility here, or have spent some time with me at a boat show, know that my passion lies within the product. There is no question that the products are in demand...the numbers tell that story, and it's a "vote" you can't deny. We've secured our inventions with patents which our attorneys feel are unbreakable; the key patents are filed worldwide. The design and tooling for all our new products is complete. The facts are indisputable! It is my solid belief that continued forward movement will result in huge revenues for this company. It is also my belief that real success cannot be held back by lies and innuendoes. The proof will always show itself in the results. I can tell you that blatant statements without factual merit are going to be dealt with swiftly. I received an E-mail today from a stockholder who has visited with me here. It is his belief that our PR's are poorly written and leave us open for constant scrutiny. The investment community hates it when they don't hear anything...and now some of our people hate it when they hear too much! The real answer is, you cannot please everybody. We go out of our way to say "working on" or "meeting to discuss" a contract or agreement. Our published statements are then "interpreted" by others down the line, and changed to fit their goals. I have received praise in an 8-to-1 ratio for our openness; when we have screwed up (have you, ever?) we have made a retraction. I like to think that we all have a common goal, and communication is the most important bond. The truth is, it allows people who short stocks for a living to tear everything apart and re-print it in their own words. I think the management of this company and its employees are above all this. I still believe the majority of stockholders are behind us 110 percent. I have received hundreds of phone calls, faxes, emails and handwritten notes this year which are supportive of our efforts. I can count on one hand the number of 100-percent negative contacts. I can also assure you that the people who are telling these tales of fiction have never contacted me. I will proceed as I have since I started this business. On a final note: this company has never paid a single dollar or a single share of stock to any poster on any bulletin board. I strongly believe everyone should make decisions about investments from their own due diligence. This week I'm working totally on the goal of moving to the American Stock Exchange...yes, I will keep you posted! Rich
