From March 29, 2000: Lucent's Phone-On-A-Chip Lucent Technologies and Trillium Demonstrate Internet Phone On a Chip IP Solution biz.yahoo.com Lucent's demonstration (Booth no.201) utilizes the Phone-On-A-Chip IP Solution and development kit, including keypad, liquid crystal display and other associated electronics, to make a complete telephone solution. Lucent's demonstration shows a bundled hardware/software package, including Lucent digital signal processor algorithms, board support package, VXworks(TM) Real Time Operating System, and Trillium's H.323 IP telephony software running on Lucent's development kit. Visitors to Lucent's booth will be able to make an IP telephone phone call using Lucent's development kit over the public switched telephone network (PSTN) through a gateway.
