Paul: Do you see EMLX forming a right shoulder with a triple head? Maybe this one is ready to break down? How do you read it? Thanks in advance. GH

The storage sector is set to grow 22% a year (higher than most other tech sectors)for the next few years.Take EMC and Ntap who are leaders in their sectors by large margins and you could be looking at 50% growth per annum over the next few years.

SOX 604+.
BWDIK <g>
The 2% violation rule would have to make that number 614.

Paul,

Just got back. Nice move in the market. The BTK is now above yesterdays highs and back within the BEAR PENNANT, which is a positive. The NAZ NEW LOWs has imved to far.

My short-term technicals just entered the overbought region so theres about 23 days before I get a CLASS 1 SELL signal.

As positive as it all appears, I wont ignore the issue that a retest has high probability, especially with that UP-GAP this morning
