edamo, The utility industry is really in the midst of a substantial change as you probably know very well. I don't think that we should leave the impression that the util industry is the old stodgy indus that it use to be. In fact it may maintain a similiar growth rate as many tech sectors. I really am not an expert but I am studying this industry smartly I hope and so far I have come to believe that it has potential with deregulation etc. But as you once said capital cost will slow its change.
